Tantric Chakra Dance with Cacao

A musical journey of dance and melodic beats using the chakra system as a map to move our energy upwards merging and uniting with Self, Others and Source.

The evening is an opportunity to switch off from the busyness of life gently guiding you to let go into the body wild and free. To connect with your life force energy and dance your unique dance from that place. Encouraged to move beyond the mind it is an invitation to journey deep into the realms of energy where we all one with everything in the universe dancing together.

Blending the very best of Ecstatic dance, breath work, shamanic ceremony, active meditation and tantric ritual to create a place for meeting ourselves and others beyond gender and the form.

We will have the magickal Cacao brew at the beginning of the evening in a small ceremony encouraging opening the senses, grounding the body and connecting us all to heart energy.

(Taking the Cacao is encouraged but of course optional).
